Nagano Plaza Hotel

This place is so close to the station! It's wonderfully convenient for travel planning, and for the record the nearby Don Quixote also has a big supply of cheap travel supplies like phone chargers if you're in a pinch. The breakfast was also great; I wouldn't usually have curry for breakfast but in the middle of winter it became a fun routine. The hotel is also well heated, and the wifi works fantastically. The staff could speak both English and Japanese and were very accommodating. The room was a great size for me as a solo traveller, so I think the double rooms could comfortably fit two people. The elevator was handy for having a big suitcase.

Value for money breakfast. Very near to Train and Bus stations Walking distance to eateries and groceries store like Don Quixote, family mart, 7 eleven, tourist information.

Free continental breakfast of coffee/tea, bread rolls and juice. Great location, just around the corner from the station but quiet. Older hotel with an enjoyable retro feel.

the bed was very comfortable and there was an air humidifier/purifier. Great location, close to the station, free breakfast (basically just curry but it's tasty so it's a win).

Super oldschool :) surprisingly big room, helpful stuff and good breakfast, however curry in the morning is not a good idea for my European stomach - but very tasty :)
