Located one minute walk from Nagano Shinkansen station. Simple stay as we just needed a shower, bed, restroom, we were not looking for luxury. Perfect for travel to Matsumoto and surrounding areas. Complementary curry rice, bread, juice, and coffee. The TV had multiple languages, Fire-stick and entertainment was a pleasant surprise to relax after being in the mountains all day.

Free continental breakfast of coffee/tea, bread rolls and juice. Great location, just around the corner from the station but quiet. Older hotel with an enjoyable retro feel.

The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise for us. We liked it a lot! The hotel is a few minutes walk from Nagano station. There are many restaurants to choose from around the area. It’s a relief to know that staff can speak English.

Super oldschool :) surprisingly big room, helpful stuff and good breakfast, however curry in the morning is not a good idea for my European stomach - but very tasty :)

the bed was very comfortable and there was an air humidifier/purifier. Great location, close to the station, free breakfast (basically just curry but it's tasty so it's a win).

Excellent location by the train station. Morning breakfast of miso soup and curry rice, bread and buns. Orange juice was a nice plus. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Youtube is offered in the TV.

There was nothing wrong (unlike WBF which had faulty USB charging), I was comfortable and the TV played YouTube (unlike Apa), the location was exceptional.

The staff were nice and the location was very near the station and restaurants, shopping areas. It is good for value. Strongly recommend!

-really close to the station, a two to three minute walk -so many options for food in the area -friendly staff -good breakfast, choice between Japanese and western style -comfy beds -great value for money

The location is very good, just 3 min walk from the main station. It was convenient since we moved around. If you're flexible and don't mind the smoking rooms then it is a good option.
